Spoon and Stable is proud to replace tipping with a universal Hospitality Charge. This allows us to create a professionalized pay scale, provide a living wage for our team members, and operate a sustainable business—values we feel are important enough to necessitate a change in tipping structure. There is no expectation to leave a tip in addition to the Hospitality Charge.
A 21% Hospitality Charge will be added to brunch and dinner checks. Pursuant to Minnesota Statute §177.23, Subd. 9, this charge is not a gratuity for direct employee service.
