Join JBFA winning Chefs Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo of Joint Venture Hospitality Group (Animal, Jon & Vinny’s, Son of a Gun, Trois Mec, Trois Familia, Helen’s, Kismet) for an inspiring conversation about their personal journey. Moderated by JBFA winning author, Steve Hoffman, this event is a rare opportunity to hear directly from two leading culinary and business minds in the hospitality profession today. COCKTAIL CLASS: MASTERING THE CLASSICS

In this intimate 90 minute class hosted at Spoon and Stable’s bar, guests will learn foundational knowledge of four different classic cocktails – the Martini/Manhattan, Old Fashioned, Gimlet, and Daisy. We will present the facts and fables behind each drink, all while tasting and learning to create them in a hands on environment. Light appetizers and, of course, cocktails will be provided.
