COVID-19 Protocol

We are thrilled to welcome you to Spoon and Stable! We are committed to doing everything that we can to ensure our safety and yours, and we kindly ask that you do as well.

As of Wednesday, January 19, 2022, and per Minneapolis Emergency Regulation No. 2022-5, each guest of Spoon and Stable over the age of 5 must share one of the following before entering the restaurant:

  • proof of a completed vaccination series against COVID-19 (boosters not required) occurring at least two weeks prior to their visit
    or
  • proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test conducted by a medical professional from a sample that was collected within three calendar days prior to their visit.

Children under age 5 are not subject to this Regulation.

Proof of vaccination
A guest may present their CDC-provided vaccine record card, a photo of their vaccine record card, or a digital record from a mobile app approved by a government entity (e.g. Docket). Completed vaccination series means after an individual has received the second dose in a two-dose series of an approved COVID-19 vaccine (Pfizer/BionTech or Moderna) or a single dose in a one-dose Approved COVID-19 Vaccine (Johnson & Johnson).

Proof of negative PCR or antigen test
A guest may present an email, printout, or screenshot with the name of the individual and the test result showing the date of the test. The test must be conducted by a medical professional from a sample that was collected within three calendar days prior to their visit. Self-administered at-home tests cannot be accepted.

A photo ID is not required to accompany proof of vaccination or negative test.
