Set inside a converted 1906 horse stable, Spoon and Stable is Chef Gavin Kaysen’s first restaurant, opened in November 2014 in his hometown of Minneapolis. Its new American cuisine is driven by the hyper-seasonality and culinary traditions of the upper Midwest, shaped by the French technique for which Kaysen is known.
